I FOUND A SOLUTION ok its not that great of discovery but i find out how to set my goals using a websit mindtools you have to pay for certain parts but of course the cheap person i am i used only the free sections this goals thing is not that hard to break down i would go into deatail maybe later when i have 3 days on my hand ha ha anyway i got a new job at media relations im quiting my other job at marriot i worked from 11 pm to 7am it was too much on me i dont know how i worked it but i did i still need another job asap to pay all my bills so let me get of and look for one bye bye
